1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using WorkshopIdle, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the game.

2. About WorkshopIdle

WorkshopIdle is an idle workshop repair game developed by BeastLabX Pty Ltd. The game is currently in development, and features, balancing, rewards, visuals, and gameplay systems may change over time.

3. Development status

WorkshopIdle may be released, tested, or shown while still under active development. This means some features may be incomplete, adjusted, removed, renamed, delayed, or replaced before or after release.

We may update the game to improve stability, gameplay, balancing, ads, rewards, visuals, or other parts of the experience.

4. Game progress and virtual items

WorkshopIdle may include virtual game progress such as cash, upgrades, rewards, boosts, workshop levels, or similar in-game values.

• Virtual game values have no real-world cash value.
• Virtual rewards cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Game progress may change due to updates, balancing changes, bugs, device issues, or app data loss.
• Local progress may be lost if the app is deleted, app data is cleared, or the device is changed.

5. Ads and rewarded ads

WorkshopIdle may include advertising, including optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may offer temporary boosts or in-game rewards after the player chooses to watch an ad.

Reward availability, reward amounts, cooldowns, and ad availability may vary. We do not guarantee that an ad or reward will always be available.

6. Fair use

You agree not to misuse WorkshopIdle. This includes:

• Trying to hack, modify, cheat, exploit, or reverse engineer the game
• Interfering with ads, rewards, or game systems
• Using the game in a way that damages, overloads, or disrupts services
• Copying, reselling, or redistributing the game or its content without permission

7. Ownership

WorkshopIdle, including its name, design direction, content, game systems, text, images, branding, and related materials, belongs to BeastLabX Pty Ltd or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the game for normal personal entertainment use.

8. Third-party services

WorkshopIdle may use third-party services such as app stores, advertising providers, analytics tools, diagnostics tools, or platform services. These services may have their own terms and policies.

9. No guarantee of availability

We aim to keep WorkshopIdle available and working, but we do not guarantee that the game will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, or unchanged.

We may update, rebalance, pause, remove, or change features in WorkshopIdle at any time. This may include changes to rewards, progression, upgrades, ads, visuals, or gameplay systems.

11. Limitation of liability

WorkshopIdle is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BeastLabX Pty Ltd is not responsible for indirect losses, lost progress, lost rewards, device issues, service interruptions, or other damages related to the use of the game.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as WorkshopIdle changes, new features are added, or legal and platform requirements change. The latest version will be made available on the BeastLabX website.
